We just started shooting for my upcoming book, "The Elements of Dessert" slated to come out April of 2012. I took a few pictures during the shoot and wanted to share them with you. This book will encompass the following elements:


Pre-desserts
Plated Desserts
Buffet Desserts
Passed-around Desserts
Entremets
Mignardises
Are we going to see a break in content on the blog for a while? Don't get me wrong, the first 2 books have been awesome, just curious if you'll be taking a break here. Definitely looking forward to a publication of this type.
