Pre-Thanksgiving day at the CIA- Apple Pie bakery-Cafe





















Today is one of our busiest days at the cafe. We make hundreds of pies (thank you Matt for doing such a wonderful job making and organizing pie production) and special Thanksgiving items and have an insane amount of customers (over 3000!) and work hours logged. These are just a couple of photos from our product today which was made by my staff and students. In the racks are pumpkin, apple and pecan pies. The pumpkin shaped cakes are, well, pumpkin cakes with a spiced milk chocolate ganache center. I love Thanksgiving but I am also grateful that it is now, at least for us, done until next year.
