Back to Barcelona

I am honored to be teaching a two day class at the Escuela de Pasteleria del Gremio de Barcelona (if you can understand Spanish, click here), Barcelona's foremost pastry school. The course is part of a class called "Chocolate Masters" and various chefs from around the world are invited to teach two day classes (Yann Duytsche, Carles Mampel). My class is "Chocolate in Pastry". I am looking forward to this oportunity with great excitement!

Oh, and as an added bonus the EPGB is shuttling us down to Lyon to check out the World Pastry Championships! Doesn't get better than that. I'll post as much as I can.
