Ready to Go

In these photos you will see some ideas that will eventualy come to fruition at the APBC. The objective is to have these cakes boxed and ready to take away, but also they do not require refrigeration and are shelf stable for up to ten days.

  2. Beautiful cakes and presentation, chef do you think this packaging could be applied to showcase some chocolate pralines and truffles instead of the traditional closed box??

  4. No additives. They don't contain any perishable ingredients (low water cotent).
