I have tried to make the cream I have follow ed the instructions When I have finish ed to poro the milk in the eggs it was assolute la perfect and I have let it col in a glass bed as you suggested but after a few hours as soon as it was cool it started to get liquid again. Could you please tell me why this happens!?!? I would be' really very gratefull to you! I wish a Good work! P.S. Your book is really incredibile!
